About
Me
I am a classroom teacher turned into a homeschool teacher and tutor. My passion is in non-traditional education, meeting the child where they are, and helping them learn through real life experiences. I am a firm believer that God created the home as the first schoolhouse and want to do all that I can to support those who are on their homeschooling journey.
I have 9 years of classroom experience, a B.A. in Elementary Education, with a minor in English. I am certified to teach up to 10th grade Biology, Bible, and up to 12th grade English. I have experience teaching early elementary grades, middle school, and I’ve taught high school English overseas. I am also certified in Project based learning.
Currently I am a stay at home mom and teach middle school Spanish and World History at a local homeschooling co-op, as well as assist other homeschooling families with one-on-one tutoring and educational support.

PEP is a Florida scholarship for homeschooling families. A PEP provider is someone who has been vetted by the Step-Up organization and has met their verification process.

$30/hr 1 Weekly Session
$50 ($25 hr) for 2, 1 hour Weekly Sessions
Small Group Tutoring
$25/hr per student 1 Weekly Session
$45/hr for 2, 1 hour Weekly Sessions
Personalized Class
Private teaching for any subject or Electives listed below. Classes would be conducted 2-3 times a week, depending on need and goal. Class would only be 3 months long.
